We have been clients of Steve Bowman since July 2013. Our relationship with him started when he performed a cottage and septic inspection on a property located at Pickerel Lake.

Subsequent to those inspections, we hired him to carry out extensive renovations to the existing old cottage. Steve gave us a very detailed list of items which needed immediate attention and an estimate of associated cost for each item. Our focus for this project from day one was health and safety.

We gave Steve our budget and he has kept a close eye on costs and provided detailed invoices.

Steve kept us informed of progress on a weekly basis with pictures which was important to us since we were out of the country while a lot of the work was being done. We also live three hours from the cottage and were not able to be on site very often. We did have a chance to meet his three-man crew and found them to be not only professional and personable but also respectful of our property.

Several outside trades had to be involved and Steve arranged for this additional work to be carried out at the appropriate times with absolutely no hassle for us.
